Bay Road), once known as the Lurton
property, has been donated to the City by the Lurton family for park
purposes. |
Covenants
| This property has restrictive covenants established by
the property owner who donated the property. It must remain a
"passive use" park with hiking / biking trails, etc., and no ball fields or structures. |
Current Plans
| The barn on this property is historical, and one of the
oldest barns in this area. There are future plans to move the
barn further north out of the new Highway 12 right-of-way.
