Regional Operations Plan
Orono and the cities around Lake Minnetonka created a regional operations plan to manage major disasters including:
Releases of hazardous materials
Other similar types of events which may pose a potential threat to public health and safety
Each of the communities and organizations has many capabilities and resources, which could be used in the response to any major incident. These include the facilities, equipment, personnel and skills of both government and non-government professions and groups.
